You’ll be warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. We’re here to help!
New patients often remark how our practice feels like they’re apart of a family.
Now when it comes to treatment, and therapy, we’re much more than just chiropractics. We also focus on pain management and rehab. Our therapies and treaments are safe. painless, and perhaps even life-changing.
A New, Yet Relieving Experience
Any new experience, especially when it comes to your health, can be unnerving. We understand this might also apply to patients who are new to chiropractic and we will make every effort to make your first experience with us as comfortable as possible.
Your Consultation, Exam, and Adjustment
We recommend that you arrive fifteen minutes early for your first visit to allow you the time to complete your required paperwork. We will be happy to answer all of your questions and concerns at that time.
During the initial consultation, we’re going to sit down and you will have a chance to tell me all about your health problem. I want to know how it started, what it feels like, what you’ve done about it so far, and what may have worked before… even if it was just temporarily.
We’ll use that info, along with family history, dietary habits, occupation habits, and previous treatments to help determine the nature of your condition.
A careful physical examination and analysis will be performed to detect any abnormalities which may be causing your problem.
If after your consultation and examination I determine that X-rays of your spine are needed, we will perform an X-ray examination.
Our goal, starting with the first adjustment, is to remove your aches and pains as quickly as possible and exceed your expectations on your way to better health.
Then, Dr. Roger or Dr. Zach will tailor a treatment program to your needs, addressing your specific health problems and personal concerns.
“Will I Get Adjusted On My First Visit?”
This is one of the most common questions asked by new patients.
If we need to first examine your X-rays, we still may be able to get you in for your first adjustment. It just depends on our schedule.
“What is the Popping Noise when an Adjustment is Delivered?”
The popping sounds you hear are your joints releasing tiny pockets of gases. A chiropractic adjustment does not affect the bones of either side of the joint, but rather the connective tissue that holds the joint together.
“Is Chiropractic Care Safe?”
Chiropractic is the largest, non-invasive, and safest form of health care available. Statistically, patient risk is substantially lower than the use of prescription drugs and surgery.
“Does Chiropractic Care Hurt?”
Chiropractic adjustment is a highly controlled procedure that rarely causes discomfort because minimal force and gentle pressure are used. In fact, most patients feel relief immediately following treatment.
If you have insurance…
Every insurance company offers plans that cover chiropractic care, and we are in-network for most all major insurance plans. What your plan covers, however, cannot be confirmed until we call your insurance company. We will do our best to confirm your benefits prior to your first visit, but you can always call your insurance company to determine your coverage at any time.
If you do not have insurance…
We accept cash and have a very reasonable rate. We also offer pre-pay discounts for packages of multiple adjustments (e.g. buy X, get X free). Payment plans are also available.
